Learning Data Insights, LLC provides technical services and applied software solutions to ensure that education technology applications collect relevant data about the use of platforms, evaluate that data using best-in-class methods, and conduct robust evaluations of the efficacy of these platforms. Our team brings expertise in learning analytics, educational data mining, and psychometrics. We focus on applications that seek to improve the lives of students typically underserved by education systems due to their family history, personal identity, or neurodiversity.  We are grounded in the principles and practices of open science, which include transparency, inclusion, fairness, equity, and sharing.

We provide services to philanthropic foundations, large research initiatives and educational technology companies. LDI is a company with demonstrated commitment to public benefit, which is achieved through open source licensing and public dissemination of tools and results of our work (privacy permitting).
